Sanya City walking route: Luhuitou to Li and Miao Village
The 54.7 km Sanya Route through the main tourist spots of Hainan Island: Sanya City Center, Luhoitou (Deer Turned Head) Observation Deck, and Li and Miao Village Ethnic Park. The journey takes about 24 minutes and covers both modern urban areas and traditional cultural attractions.

- The season in Hainan is from November to April. The velvet season is from November to December. In May, it begins to rain. The beach season is from March to April.

- The night market is noisy, dirty and smells. If you like cleanliness and aesthetics, it is better to choose the fruit market on Haiyun Road - it is cleaner, cheaper and they put fruits in boxes.

- Pizza Hut has a clean and delicious café (rating 8/10). Papakha is a Georgian restaurant (rating 6/10). Both locations are on Haiyun Road.

- The JW Marriott is a good hotel for families with a children's play area and clean rooms, but no water park. Located on the edge, you need to walk 10-15 minutes to the beach, but this minus is compensated by silence.
- Transport
- Renting an electric moped through the Hellobike (AAP) app costs 35-50 yuan (2500-3500 tenge) for 24 hours. Cheap, fast, gives freedom of movement.

- On Haiyun Road No.9-10, you can rent mopeds, take excursions and exchange money from Yuri Gagarin.
- Tip
- In Hainan, it is very difficult to speak English. They even know Russian better. The Hellobike app has a Russian language, which helps in navigation.
- Avoid
- The clothes and furniture in the hotels/shops are designed for the average height of the Chinese. If you are tall, choose size XL, consider low doors and chairs.
- Save money
- An excursion to Yanoda Park costs 350 yuan, self-admission 270 yuan. The Li and Miao Village Tour costs 250 RMB, self-admission 125 RMB.
- Tip
- Luhuitou (The Deer Turned Its Head) is a 4A attraction with a rating of 7/10. Joy City is a shopping mall with Uniqlo brands and other electronics. Summer Department Store is a popular shopping center with clothes and suitcases.
- Tip
- The beaches of Yalang Bay and Donghai are beautiful. On Donghai, the water is turquoise, especially beautiful in season (March-April).
