The Irtysh embankment is the longest in Kazakhstan (~7 km). It was opened in 2000 on the occasion of the City Day. In the center there is a stage where concerts and festive performances are held.

The mosque named after Mashkhur Zhusup Kopeev can accommodate up to 1500 people at a time. The architecture is an eight-pointed star with minarets 63 meters high. The area of the structure is more than 7 thousand square meters.
